Christmas is around the corner. Are you ready? Me? Yes, I’m ready. I’m more than ready!
I go to the Bible study every Tuesday morning, and as we finished the book, we had a brunch followship. Each of us brought one dish. There was egg casserole, apple crostata, different kinds of fruits, and so on…everything was delicious. But, the banana bread that my friend Tami made was especially delicious. Everybody was impressed and complimented how moist and delicious it was. All the women wanted the recipe and…of course, I got the recipe! And it really is easy to make! Do you want to see how easy it is? Here we go…
Banana Bread (by Tami Nelson)
1 cup smashed banana (2 or 3 bananas)
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 box vanilla cake mix
1 oz instant vanilla pudding
Preheat oven at 350F.
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour the batter in a 9″ baking pan covered in oil, and bake for about 50 minutes.
So simple, right?
I try not to bake too often, but I have a feeling that I will join my hubby’s team this holiday. Enjoy~!
