Drumsticks with Onion Sauce

One of the vegetables that I eat almost everyday is the onion. I eat either raw or cooked. Whether it is white, yellow, or red, onions are one of the world’s most popular and versatile vegetables. I use them in cold salads, hot soups, burgers, and almost every dish I cook. When onions are sautéed it becomes caramelized and it becomes sweeter than sugar. Yum~

These onions are not only delicious but also beneficial for your health. I read a couple of articles that say that eating onions may reduce the risk of stomach cancer since it contains antioxidant elements. So I suggest eating onions more often.
