Hello, hello, hello! I’m back after a long break. I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since my last post. Where did my days go? I have been still cooking, baking, and eating everyday. My life has been pretty much the same, BUT I started something new. Zumba! Long story short, I got a lot healthier. I am very happy and high.
I really appreciate those who visited my blog even though I haven’t updated for a long time. Although I might have to move in a few months or so, I will try to post recipes as often as I can.
I’m not a fan of breakfast, but I love this egg sandwich. I usually eat late breakfast/lunch. This sandwich can be eaten as your breakfast, lunch, or weekend brunch. I used gluten-free bread but you can use whatever you have at home. If you add ham or turkey slices, it will taste even better.

Egg Breakfast Sandwich
1 cup cabbage , thinly sliced
1 T mayonnaise
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t black pepper
1 T butter
2 slices gluten-free bread (or your favorite)
2 Ts ketchup about
1 slice Colby jack cheese
