Braised beef rib with garlic tahini sauce vs. traditional Korean beef rib soup (galbitang) : Which one would you choose?😊😊 . . 소뼈랑 갈비 넣고 푹고아 주위에 좀 나눠주고 우린 갈비탕으로 한끼, 코코넛 아미노스 넣고 볶아 만든 꼬마 양배추와 갈릭 타히니 소스 뿌려 한끼 먹고 나니 끝!! 음식이란 늘 그런거지만...만드는건 하루종일이고 먹어 없어지는건 순식간이네요. . . . .

A few years ago, I happened to read an article from Dr. Daniel at Washington Post, “We have science that supports the use of cartilage, gelatin, and other components found in homemade bone broth to prevent and sometimes even reverse osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, digestive distress, autoimmune disorders, and even cancer.” You’d better go out and get some bones today.💪🏻🤗 . <Beef Bone Broth> -2 lbs grass fed beef marrow bone 소 골수뼈 -1.5 lbs grass fed beef short rips 소갈비 -1 onion, cut in half 양파 -5 stalks green onions 파 -10 cloves garlic 통마늘 -5 slices ginger 생강 -1 tbsp whole peppercorns 통후추 -Filtered water 생수 . 👩🏻‍🍳The first step of making bone soup is soaking the bone in the cold water for about 5 hours. This procedure is very important to remove all the smell. Change water frequently so that all the blood can get removed as well. 👩🏻‍🍳Put all the ingredients in a 8-quart stockpot and add cold water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer for 3-4 hours. While simmering, occasionally skim foam from the top using a ladle. 👩🏻‍🍳Let it cool first them remove meat and bones; reserve meat for another use (such as soup). Pour broth through strainer and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or in smaller containers overnight. Remove solidified fat from the top of the chilled broth. 👩🏻‍🍳Add sea salt to taste and drink the broth as is or store in fridge up to 5 to 7 days or freezer up to 3 months for use in soups or stews. . . 어려서부터 먹어왔던 사골국이 지난 몇년사이 미국에서 수퍼푸드로 알려지면서 인기가 급상승하고 있어요. 홀푸즈에 장보러 가면 소뼈를 사가든지 미리 만들어진 브로스를 사가는 사람들이 예전보다 눈에 많이 띄어요. 뽀얀 국물을 만들기 위해 설렁탕에 타락(우유)을 넣었다가 쫓겨난 장금이 생각이 나면서 식당에서 파는 뽀얀 국물의 비밀도 장금이로부터 전수 받았을지도...🤣🤣🤣 그런데 사실 오래동안 고으면 국물이 뽀얗게 우러나오긴 해요. 다만 너무 오래 끓이면 사골 속 인성분이 빠져나와서 칼슘의 흡수를 방해하고 뼈 속 칼슘까지 빼내간다는 기사를 읽은적이 있어요. 혈중에 인성분이 높아지면 칼슘 농도가 떨어지고 칼슘농도를 정상화시키기 위해서 칼슘을 빼내어 간다는것. 그러니 오래 끓인 뽀얀 국물이 꼭 좋은건 아니다 싶어요. 그래서 뭐든지 적당히가 중요한거 같아요. 그 ‘적당히’가 제일 어렵지만요.😂🙄 . 👩🏻‍🍳늘 소뼈와 소꼬리를 함께 넣어 끓여 먹었는데 이번엔 통갈비와 함께 끓여봤어요. 종종 인친님들께서 물어보셔서 알려드리는데 100% grass fed 뼈와 고기는 홀푸즈에서 팔아요. 트레이더조에서도 파는지는 모르겠네요. 👩🏻‍🍳갈비와 함께 끓여서 그런가 국물이 뽀얗지는 않지만 아주 진하고 구수하고 맛나요. 👩🏻‍🍳시판 육수를 살땐 뼈가 들어있는지 꼭 확인하세요. 고기만 넣고 만든 육수가 대부분이라네요. . . . .

You might have heard a lot from your doctors and people, ‘Eat less red meat and more fish’, but is eating farmed fish safe? Is wild fish healthier than farmed fish? Obviously, some commercial fish is actually worse than red meat. When we were younger the fish that we ate were always wild caught from ocean or lakes, but now the most of the fish in grocery stores and restaurants are from fish farm. Once I saw on youtube how salmon are raised from fish far, it almost made me puke. The environment was dirty and packed with so many fish, which means they need to be treated with antibiotics and fungicides. My fish of choice always would be from natural habitat, but unfortunately wild-caught doesn’t always mean it’s good as well. Due to pollutions and radioactive contamination many of wild fish now contain high levels of mercury and other toxins.😰😭 . <Oven Baked Pollack> -2 wild caught pollack fillets 동태 -1/4 cup coconut flour 코코넛가루 -2 cloves garlic, minced 마늘 -1/4 cup melted clarified butter 버터 -1 tbsp lemon juice 레몬즙 -Pink salt and pepper 소금 후추 . 👩🏻‍🍳Preheat oven to 400°F. 👩🏻‍🍳Dip the fish fillets in the coconut flour and lay the fillets in a glass baking dish in a single layer. 👩🏻‍🍳Combine the garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over Pollock fillets. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 👩🏻‍🍳Serve hot with sautéed vegetables. . . 생선은 소금간 했다가 후라이팬에 구워 흰밥과 함께 먹는걸 제일 좋아하지만 홀30 이후로는 밥생각이 전혀 나지 않는 너무도 신기한 현상이 계속되고 있어요. 밥 없음 큰일나는줄 알았는데 저희집 쌀이 줄지를 않네요. 🤣🤣 확실히 혈당을 올리는 음식은 중독성이 있지만 일단 혈당이 안정 되면 과식은 안 하게 되는거 같아요. . 👩🏻‍🍳얇게 뜬 생선에 코코넛 가루 묻히고 위에 마늘, 버터, 레몬즙, 소금, 후추 섞어 뿌려 400(200)도에서 예열한 오븐에서 구워내면 촉촉하고 맛있어요. 대구나 동태같은 생선은 기름기가 없어서 미리 소금을 뿌리면 살이 단단해지고 수분이 빠져서 오븐에 구우면 살이 퍽퍽해져요. 후라이팬에 굽는게 더 맛나지만 코코넛가루를 묻히면 오븐에 굽는게 훨씬 수월해요. 👩🏻‍🍳야채는 기름 두른 후라이팬에 양파와 색색별 파프리카 넣고 볶다가 케일 넣어 소금 후추간만 해서 볶아내도 맛있어요. 취향것 crushed red pepper 넣어도 좋고요. . . . .

So, hold on your chopsticks and follow me for a healthy way. . <Chicken with Broccoli> -4 pieces organic chicken thighs 닭다리살 -6 tbsp coconut aminos 코코넛 아미노스 -1 tbsp garlic, grated 마늘 -2 tsp ginger, grated 생강 -1 tsp pink salt 소금 -1/4 teaspoon black pepper 후추 -1 tbsp avocado oil 아보카도 오일 -1 small yellow onion, sliced 양파 -1 carrot, diagonally sliced 당근 -1/2 broccoli head, cut into bite size 브로컬리 -5-7 baby Portobello mushrooms, sliced 버섯 -2 tablespoons of tapioca starch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of water 녹말물 . 👩🏻‍🍳Dry chicken thighs with paper towel, trim fat, and cut into bite size. In a bowl, add chicken and mix with coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes. 👩🏻‍🍳Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook chicken and onion until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the onion is tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir broccoli and mushrooms; sauté about 5 minutes. 👩🏻‍🍳Pour cornstarch mixture evenly as you keep stirring. 👩🏻‍🍳Add more salt if you need. Sprinkle some sesame seeds (optional). . . 저희집 가장 만만한 후다닥표 한접시 요리인 치킨과 브로컬리. 미국에 처음 왔을 때 중국집에 가면 탕수육과 짜장면을 먹을 수 있을줄 알았는데 왠걸...탕수육과 짜장면은 없고 듣도 보도 못한 음식을 중국음식이라고 해서 좀 황당했던 경험이 있어요. 세월이 흐르고 흘러 이젠 그 맛에 길들여져서 짜장면 만큼 친숙해져서 집에서도 자주 해먹게 되었네요. 날라가는 쌀로 지은 밥과 먹으면 환상궁합이지만 밥 없이 그냥 먹어도 훌륭합니다. . 👩🏻‍🍳마늘과 생강을 강판에 갈아서 넣으면 다져 넣는거 보다 맛이 훨씬 진하고 깊어져요. 간장 설탕 안 쓰고 코코넛 아미노스 사용할땐 양념이 순하니까 잘못하면 밍밍해지는데 마늘 생강을 갈아서 넣음 같은 양이라도 향이 더해져서 맛이 업그레이드 된답니다. . . . .

This paleo style mango banana bread should totally alleviate the Monday blues.🤗💕 . <Paleo Mango Banana Bread> -1 1/2 cups almond flour 아몬드 가루 -1/2 cup coconut flour 코코넛 가루 -1 1/2 tsp baking soda 베이킹소다 -1 tsp pink salt 소금 -2 ripe mangoes, puréed 망고 -1 banana, mashed 바나나 -1/3 cup coconut oil 코코넛 오일 -3 large pasture raised eggs, lightly beaten 계란 -1/4 cup raw honey 생꿀 -1 tsp vanilla extract 바닐라액 -1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 호두 -1/2 cup mango chunks, 망고 청크 . 👩🏻‍🍳Preheat oven to 325F (170C) and grease 9x4” baking pan. 👩🏻‍🍳Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. In another bowl combine wet ingredients and mix well. What an appropriate dinner for the upcoming bikini season. 💕🤗 . <Pan Grilled Salmon> -2 fillets (6oz each) wild caught salmon 연어 -3 tbsp coconut aminos 코코넛 아미노스 -2 garlic cloves, chopped 마늘 -4 thinly sliced ginger 생강 -Pink salt and pepper 소금 후추 -Green onions -Avocado oil 아보카도 오일 . 👩🏻‍🍳Marinate salmon with coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 👩🏻‍🍳Heat oil in a grill pan over medium to medium-high heat. Add fillets to the pan; cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. . . 어제 저녁에 만들어 먹은 후다닥표 연어구이. 요즘 인터넷 세상을 접하다보니 먹거리 문화도 많이 바뀌고 그에따라 새로운 재료들이 선을 보여서 요리하는게 지루하지 않아 좋아요. 홀30를 하면서 맛들린 코코넛 아미노스. 사다놓은 간장은 어떻게 해야하나...흠...🤔 . 👩🏻‍🍳시판 간장도 재래식 조선간장 처럼 메주를 띄워 간장을 만든다고 믿고 계신분은 다소 충격이겠지만...조선간장, 양조간장, 혼합간장이 어떻게 다른지 잘 알고 쓰세요. 👩🏻‍🍳간장에 맛들려있다가 코코넛 아미노스를 처음 써보면 좀 밍밍하게 느껴지는데 평소보다 마늘, 생강을 좀 더 추가하면 훨씬 맛있어요. 👩🏻‍🍳파도 함께 그릴하면 폼생폼사 디너 완성!! . . .
