Healthy No -Bake Energy Bites

HEALTHY ENERGY BARS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter (chunky)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Transfer dough to a glass pan and press down.
  3. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour or till gets firm.
  5. Cut into desired shape.

HEALTHY ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into small balls, about golf ball size.
  3. Roll the balls in the coconut flakes to coat.
  4. Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate about an hour.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
