HEALTHY ENERGY BARS
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup peanut butter (chunky)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Transfer dough to a glass pan and press down.
- Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
- Refrigerate for an hour or till gets firm.
- Cut into desired shape.
HEALTHY ENERGY BALLS
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Shape into small balls, about golf ball size.
- Roll the balls in the coconut flakes to coat.
- Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate about an hour.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
