Copycat Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice

Chipotle Mexican Grill used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Although we enjoyed the beef burrito and the rice bowl so much, we deicded not to go there after reading “multiple reports from customers who said they gotΒ severe vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pains contracted in the hours after eating at the restaurant. It has been two years since a string of food safety incidents first battered sales and scared away diners.Β Chipotle has beenΒ attempting to persuade fleeing customers that its food is safe”…

…but…I’d rather cook at home.
