Pumpkin Bread (Gluten Free)





  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • 3 pasture raised eggs
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 325F and grease 9×4″ loaf pan.
  2. Combine almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, baking soda, and pin salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin puree, raw honey, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Pour wet mixture to dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the chopped nuts on top and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
